Welcome to Dhahab Bridal! Thank you for choosing us for your special day. Before completing your purchase, please carefully review the following Terms & Conditions to ensure a smooth and transparent experience. By purchasing from Dhahab Bridal, you agree to all terms outlined below.
1. Non-Refundable & Non-Exchangeable Purchases
All purchases made with Dhahab Bridal are final and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Bridal Dresses: As all bridal dresses are custom-made and tailored to the client’s measurements and preferences, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Event cancellation or postponement
- Dissatisfaction with style, design, or fit
2. Tailoring Process & Client Responsibilities
- Clients are required to provide accurate measurements in a timely manner.
- Dhahab Bridal is not responsible for fit issues resulting from incorrect measurements provided by the client.
- While every effort is made to meet the agreed design and specifications, minor variations may occur due to the handcrafted nature of our garments.
3. Damage After Pickup or Delivery
Dhahab Bridal is not responsible for any damage to the dress once it has been picked up or delivered. Clients are advised to handle their garments with care and store them in a clean, dry, and safe environment.
4. Limited Liability
Dhahab Bridal will not be held liable for delays or issues caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, supply delays, or other unforeseen events. However, we will make every reasonable effort to fulfill all orders in a timely manner.
5. Customer Acknowledgment
By placing an order with Dhahab Bridal, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
